What forms of payments do you accept?

AZ Bulk Brass accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discovery, and Paypal transactions. AZ Bulk Brass does not accept personal check or cashier’s check.

What is the protocol for credit card purchases?

Our online credit card managment is provided by Authorize.Net.  Authorize.Net is an international company with extremely high standards for maintaining the safe and secure transfer of credit card information via the internet. AZ Bulk Brass is only provided the last 4 digits of all credit card numbers solely for internal reference regarding your order.  

What is your return policy?

AZ Bulk Brass has a 100% satisfaction guarantee.  If you are not completely satisfied with you order, AZ Bulk Brass will issue a full refund of the item(s) purchased.  Please Contact Us prior to any return by either email or phone.   For mistaken orders, the purchaser is responsible for shipping and handling costs in returning product(s) back to AZ Bulk Brass.  After 30 days from when the order was received, AZ Bulk Brass reserves the right to refuse a return.  Returns that are accepted may be subjected to a 15% restocking fee.

What is your turnaround time for orders?

We begin coordinating and processing your order as soon as it is placed and make a conscious effort to have them shipped out within 48 hours from the date it is received, if not sooner. However, some specialty orders such as those requesting specific head-stamp sorts on certain calibers, or those requiring primer sorting, may take anywhere from 2 to 3 additional days from the date of the purchase due to the additional sorting labor necessary for such orders.

Does your listed price include shipping?

Our listed prices do not include shipping.  AZ Bulk Brass ships using USPS flat rate boxes, the price of which is calculated during checkout.  If extra room is available in shipment box, we will often contact customers in order to give them the opportunity to purchase additional casings with no additional shipping costs.  Otherwise, we fill the remaining space in the box with kraft paper to safely secure the contents of your order.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, AZ Bulk Brass does ship internationally.  International shipping is mostly determined by the import regulations for certain countries.  Shipping costs vary for international shipments so a custom invoice must be drafted prior to ordering.  Please Contact Us for inquiries about international shipping.

How is your brass processed?

AZ Bulk Brass developed a series of sorting machines and methods which enable us to effectively organize casings according to caliber.  The brass is inspected several times along the way to insure accuracy and customer satisfaction. Prior to shipment, your order is inspected one final time before it is promptly sent off.  

Is every round you sell truly “Once-Fired?”

Due to the extensive amount of labor required to inspect ever casing, the “once-fired” condition of every single round cannot be guaranteed.  However, our brass is sourced primarily from indoor ranges and the quality of the brass is always guaranteed. In the extremely rare case that you find your casings un-reloadable, simply Contact Us and we will promptly replace any defective rounds at no cost and little inconvenience to our customers.  That is our quality guarantee, and we will always strive to meet any and all needs of our customers as quickly and efficiently as possible.
